Main Responsibilities: u2022 Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles u2022 Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done u2022 Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates u2022 Building your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance repairs u2022 Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Why Penske is for You: u2022 We take pride in offering a competitive wage and great benefits. u2022 This position, at this location, offers shift differentials that will vary based on second shift (starting after 11am) or third shift (starting after 9pm) and weekend work. u2022 This position, at this location, also offers individuals who hold a current and valid CDL will be eligible for a $2.00/hr rate. u2022 Penske offers ongoing skills training for to our maintenance associates, so you can grow your career Qualifications: u2022 At least 1 year of customer service experience required u2022 At least 1 year of transportation experience required u2022 TMS experience u200bu2022 HS Diploma / GED required u2022 Independent problem solving skills required u2022 Intermediate computer skills u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
