About the Transportation People Team u2013 Tobyhanna The Transportation People Team at Tobyhanna partners directly with operations to ensure the workforce is engaged, developed, and positioned to deliver safely and efficiently. Acting as trusted advisors, the team balances associate advocacy with business priorities. This role supports facility goals by strengthening leadership capability, improving the associate experience, and ensuring consistent execution of people processes.
