The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, inquisitive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Account Managers to deliver high-quality service to Fortune 500 clients Manage action items and import project data into internal project tracking systems Access, download, organize, and manage project documentation including: Construction drawings Utility bills Facility equipment audits Equipment invoices Conduct data manipulation and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email in a professional manner. Review lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration scopes of work for energy savings and rebate eligibility. Estimate rebates and compile rebate applications for projects nationwide. Perform energy savings and performance calculations using industry best practices. Research rebate eligibility requirements and program guidelines across hundreds of utility programs throughout North America. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop rebate filing strategies for large, multi-site initiatives. Required Skills High school diploma required; Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related administrative, utility, or energy efficiency support role. Familiarity with power or utility companies strongly preferred. Understanding of basic energy efficiency concepts and common equipment types. Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate level or higher (required). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, Passport, etc.).
