Hiring for Production Workers in Everett, WA - Entry Level Must be flexible to work on any shift (day/swing or night) Largest Soup Company on the West Coast looking for entry level production workers for growth opportunity. It's an entry level opportunity no prior work experience is required . Maximum overtime available Job Description : The Case Packer plays a key role in a high-volume food manufacturing environment, packaging, labeling, and palletizing fresh-label soups. This position works on a production line, ensuring products are packed accurately, equipment runs smoothly, and all work meets food safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on, physical work in a cold environment and close attention to detail to support efficient, safe, and consistent production. Main responsibilities will include : + Responsible for packaging and labeling and palletizing soups. + Could require repeated lifting of soups off of conveyer into boxes. + Ensuring machine packaging is operating smoothly and checking labels. + Hand palletizing Boxes weighing up to 30-50 lbs. Pay rate : $20-22/hr - paid weekly Location : Merrill Creek & Hardeson Rd, Everett, WA Work Environment : + Must wear PPE suit. + No makeup or fake nails or jewelry of any sort. + Fast Paced + Cold environment - 45 degrees Qualification : + Must have a High School Diploma or GED + Good to have previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
