This role supports job-specific drawings and plan revisions, ensuring that all drawings are accurate, buildable, and compliant with local building codes. Responsibilities + Prepare and revise complete sets of construction drawings for site-specific homes. + Update drawings to reflect as-built conditions, field changes, and redline revisions. + Coordinate with engineers and internal departments to ensure accuracy and consistency across plans. + Incorporate markups from estimating, construction, and purchasing to align drawings with material and cost standards. + Ensure all drawings meet company drafting standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. + Manage and organize CAD files, templates, and plan archives for version control and easy access. + Communicate effectively with field teams to resolve drawing-related issues or clarifications. + Assist in implementing drafting and document control improvements to streamline workflow.
