Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Responsibilities Perform and document particle size, moisture, sensory, and AQL testing Inspect incoming raw materials against client specifications Follow SOPs, GLP, and cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) guidelines Maintain accurate digital records in Google Workspace Calibrate and maintain lab equipment Communicate results with Production and QA teams Coordinate testing with third-party labs as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred Lab experience or certification preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic math and computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical sampling Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Benefits 401(k) with 6% employer match 9 paid holidays plus PTO Health, dental, and vision options HSA and Health Share Program Paid parental leave Monthly Balance of Nature supplements On-site chiropractic care and massage Access to gym and personal trainers (St. George, UT) Apply today! #1688CC
