Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: 1500 - 1 E Route A Wentzville, MO 63385 United States Pay Range: $42 u2013 $48 per hour Whatu2019s the Job? + Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production and operating personnel to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. + Review production operations and collaborate with technical, maintenance, and administrative teams to resolve processing and workflow issues. + Develop and implement production tracking and quality control measures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. + Recommend and implement initiatives to motivate teams , improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall workflow. + Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, shift documentation, and personnel records . Whatu2019s Needed? + High school diploma or GED required; Associateu2019s degree in business or a related field preferred . + 10+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within automotive or highu2011volume manufacturing. + Strong understanding of production processes, raw materials, quality standards, and manufacturing techniques . + Working knowledge of machinery, tools, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshooting . + Strong leadership, communication, and problemu2011solving skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.
