Essential Job Functions: u2022 Administers, installs, and supports computer hardware and software through on-site and remote connections by performing installation and configuration of all I.T. equipment (i.e. workstation computers, printers, terminals, etc. - excluding servers and associated devices) and making it network ready. Performs maintenance and troubleshoots problems associated with desktops, laptops, workstations, scanners, printers, etc. Maintains networked and other distributed computer systems at a high level of reliability and flexibility. Integrates hardware and software needs for the network.
