Job Description

Adecco is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Utility Billing Analyst to support pricing and contracting activities for a major energy provider across multiple departments. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate pricing and contracting processes for the sales team across various departments + Ensure accurate and timely billing data entry and maintenance of customer information + Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders + Communicate clearly and professionally via email and verbal interactions + Partner with cross-functional teams to support sales operations and workflow efficiency Qualifications for the Utility Billing Analyst : + 3+ years of Utility Billing experience + Experience with PayClearly + Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail + Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus + Experience coordinating pricing and contracting within the energy industry a plus What's in this Sales Operations Coordinator position for you? + Pay: $34/hr + Shift: 8AM-5 PM + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses IMPORTANT : This position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
