Description We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in sales analysis to join our team in Leawood, Kansas. As a key contributor, you will analyze data from multiple sources, support sales funnel optimization, and help translate sales team needs into actionable business strategies. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, data-driven environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze data from sales funnels, including sources such as Salesforce, to identify trends and opportunities. u2022 Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and convert them into clear business requirements. u2022 Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive informed decision-making. u2022 Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel to present findings to stakeholders. u2022 Leverage SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for in-depth analysis. u2022 Provide insights into sales pipelines, including leads, opportunities, proposals, and closed deals, to optimize processes. u2022 Work with AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. u2022 Support marketing and revenue analytics initiatives by integrating data from multiple platforms, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics. u2022 Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within sales operations. u2022 Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales operations. u2022 Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly preferred. u2022 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation. u2022 Experience with SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data effectively. u2022 Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. u2022 Solid understanding of sales pipelines, including stages like leads, opportunities, and deal closures. u2022 Knowledge of marketing and revenue analytics concepts through coursework, internships, or projects. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
