Description Core Responsibilities Reprographics Primary - ~80 - High volume print and repro production - Quality control job setup troubleshooting - Managing complex or escalated print requests - Acting as a knowledgeable escalation point by expertise not authority Lead / Administrative Support ~20 - Assist with: o Scheduling o Reporting o Researching data o Other administrative tasks connected to repro operations o Support Hassan by helping stabilize daily operations o Apply an administrator mindset to an operator role Requirements o Will be handling copy/print/scan jobs o They will be primarily if not only working in repro o Needs someone with repro exp very quick in Houston o Kinkos FedEx or UPS would be perfect o They must be tech savvy o Minimum of one-year office service experience preferably in a legal banking or large corporate environment o Responsibilities include processing reprographics requests doing finishing work and basic equipment troubleshooting. o Complete large numbers of reprographics requests for black/white and color photocopies. o Operate production printers and copiers including inputting job-processing settings and managing job queues. o Operate finishing equipment 3-hole drills bindery laminating folder cutter etc.. according to job ticket instructions. o Check document quality before during and after each production job. o Load copiers with paper and toner as needed. o Troubleshoot basic equipment problems placing service calls when needed. o Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues. o Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. o Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. o Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.
