Key Responsibilities: + Routine maintenance & repairs (electrical, plumbing, irrigation, gates, lighting, etc.) + Emergency response for property repairs and resident needs + Upkeep of walkways, stairways, trash rooms, and common areas + Inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor building systems + Assist with contractors & deliveries + Report and document all work, safety concerns, and maintenance needs Requirements: + High school diploma/GED + 1+ year of maintenance or construction experience preferred + Basic knowledge of repair trades and safe equipment use + Good organization, communication, and problem-solving skills + Able to work both independently and as a team + Physical ability to walk property and do minor lifting (up to 50 lbs) Apply now to join a dedicated team focused on community care Interested?
