Position Summary The EventHouseman is responsible for the physical execution of event setups and resetsthroughout Pier 57, ensuring all spaces reflect City Wineryu2019s elevatedaesthetic and hospitality standards. This role supports the Events, FOH, BOH,and Facilities teams by preparing rooms, moving equipment, maintainingcleanliness, and responding quickly to operational needs during live events. Overview of Responsibilities EventSetup & Breakdown u25cf Execute event layoutsincluding tables, chairs, staging, du00e9cor, linens, signage, and AV equipment. u25cf Follow detailed floor plansand instructions from the Events and Operations teams. u25cf Reset rooms efficientlybetween events, ensuring readiness for the next function. u25cf Assist with load ins and loadouts for clients, vendors, and production teams. OperationalSupport u25cf Maintain cleanliness andorganization of event spaces, storage rooms, and equipment areas. u25cf Support FOH teams duringevents with replenishment, furniture adjustments, and guest flow needs. u25cf Respond to real time requestsfrom Event Managers, including room flips, equipment moves, andtroubleshooting. u25cf Ensure all equipment ishandled safely and stored properly after use. Safety& Facility Standards u25cf Follow all safety protocolsrelated to lifting, equipment handling, and venue operations. u25cf Report maintenance issues,hazards, or equipment needs to the Operations Manager. u25cf Support compliance with CityWineryu2019s cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards. Minimum Qualifications u25cf1u20132 years of experience in events, hospitality, facilities,or related operational roles preferred. u25cfAbility to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs and performphysical tasks for extended periods. u25cfComfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays based onevent schedules. u25cfStrong communication skills and ability to take directionfrom multiple departments. u25cfReliable, punctual, and committed to delivering highu2011quality work. u25cfExperience in highu2011volume or multiu2011space venues is a plus.
