Warehouse Associate at Aerotek in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Temp to Hire Warehouse Associate to join our team and make a significant impact on our daily operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products and preparing website orders for shipment. Your role will involve processing inbound and outbound small parcels and freight, as well as moving, loading, receiving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products. Collaboration with other departments and co-workers is essential to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities + Pull, pack, and ship orders with precision. + Receive and organize inbound and outbound products. + Stock and maintain inventory efficiently. + Operate a forklift (training and certification provided in-house). + Organize warehouse flow for improved efficiency. + Perform daily cleaning and process maintenance. + Use various computer programs to enter product information. + Conduct operations in accordance with safety standards such as OSHA. + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse environment. + Adhere to and enforce safety practices, recommending corrective actions as necessary. Essential Skills + Experience in general labor, material handling, shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in production and assembly tasks. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools. + Familiarity with reading blueprints. Work Environment The work environment involves occasional proximity to moving mechanical parts with a normal noise level. Employees must be able to stand and sit for extended periods and move intermittently throughout the day. The role requires strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity. Physical demands include the ability to push, lift, carry, pull, and/or throw up to 35 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nampa, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
