Position Summary The Concert Coordinator isresponsible for artist hospitality and interactions between the venue and it'sartists the day of a show on all needs and serves as a City Winery brandambassador throughout artist experience. Work with operational and artist managementday of show to meet all artist needs prior to their arrival; monitor all needsonce on site. Overview of Responsibilities u25cfCreate a hospitable, welcomingenvironment for all artists u25cfPresent a clean & presentable greenroom stocking basic materials and conduct routine maintenance as needed priorto artist arrival u25cfHandle artist details includingsettlements at the end of each show with accuracy, discretion, andconfidentiality. Ensure that all details are accurate and follow throughon payment night of show u25cfCoordinate artist merchandise set up andsettlement u25cfAssist with management of meet and greetsand/or VIP programs night of show u25cfHandle hospitality needs and artistrelationships prior to and during an artistu2019s stay; arrange any specialrequests in a timely manner before the artistu2019s arrival u25cfFacilitate hospitality needs for anartist, including handing out beverage or meal tickets and/or arranging servicepersonnel to take care of any F&B ordering needs u25cfMaintain a positive artist experience andexceed artist expectations u25cfMaintain a well-groomed, polishedappearance and navigate venue conditions, including tight spaces, dark room,and loud environment u25cfOther duties, tasks, projects as perbusiness need Minimum Qualifications u25cfMinimum 1 year in the entertainmentindustry, hospitality background preferred u25cfExcellent organizational, communication,interpersonal and planning skills u25cfQuick problem-solving capabilities infast-paced settings u25cfAbility to manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneously u25cfMust be self-reliant and able to meettight deadlines u25cfExperience with event logistics andmanagement u25cfProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel u25cfAbility to perform physical requirementsof position including standing for extended periods of time, kneeling,stooping, using stairs, able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs.
