This person will turn social listening and performance data into actionable strategies that drive engagement, growth, and retention, while also elevating reporting to give leadership clear, digestible visibility into socialu2019s impact and opportunities. What You'll Do: + Own and centralize content planning: Manage crossu2011platform calendars, scheduling, and distribution to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business priorities and tentpole moments. + Translate insights into strategy: Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and social listening data to identify trends and develop recommendations that improve content effectiveness. + Drive continuous optimization: Partner with creative, marketing, and crossu2011functional teams to refine content approaches based on datau2011backed insights. + Elevate reporting and visibility: Build structured reporting frameworks that clearly communicate performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations to leadership. + Support executive decisionu2011making: Package insights into concise, highu2011impact updates that help leaders understand socialu2019s contribution to audience growth and brand momentum. What You'll Need: + A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data, content, and business priorities into cohesive plans. + Experience managing social content calendars, workflows, and crossu2011functional coordination. + Strong analytical skills and comfort turning platform data into clear insights and recommendations. + Excellent communication skills, especially in synthesizing complex information for executive audiences. + A proactive, organized approach that brings clarity and accountability to fastu2011moving social environments.
