VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLYResponsibilities:- Drive the development and implementation of diverse company strategic initiatives, link and align the the efforts of diverse groups across the organization.- Act as a key change agent for the company on strategic and operational improvement projects through L&D initiatives, and ensuring execution is seamless.- Ensure successful definition, set-up, and implementation of L&D programs across all aspects of the business in conjunction with line management and key stakeholders.- Conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to gain buy-in and create measurable impact.- Effectively communicate project status through the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project project plans and the distribution of regular updates with regards to schedules, progress, risks, change impacts, results, etc.- Maximize synergy and collaboration between various teams and business owners.- Drive the management and ongoing support of the LMS and additional platforms to support L&D project success and knowledge transfer.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, project management, process improvement, business analysis, or knowledge management.- Experience in Media sales, learning and development, or B2B sales process preferred.
