Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite) You must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Roles/Responsibilities: u00b7 Design and develop scalable, highu2011performance applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. u00b7 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Core Java that aligns with business and technical requirements. u00b7 Collaborate with crossu2011functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements into actionable technical tasks. u00b7 Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, contributing to overall code quality and maintainability. u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to application performance and user experience. u00b7 Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and team effectiveness. u00b7 Support and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting technical growth within the team. u00b7 Work closely with project managers to support planning, estimation, and timely delivery of project milestones. u00b7 Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements. + Contribute to Agile processes, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000- $ 93,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
