As a Operations Specialist Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group - Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Job Summary: The Senior Operations Specialist within the AMG Operations organization is responsible for supporting daily operational, accounting, and transaction based activities across multiple client accounts. This role requires prior experience within AMG Operations or CLO Operations, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to manage time sensitive deliverables in a regulated banking or financial services environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to review, process, and approve transactions while meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs). Work Schedule: u2022 Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office u2022 Hours: 7:15 AM u2013 4:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities: u2022 Process daily transactions u2022 Requests received via email u2022 Recurring monthly fixed payments u2022 Process wires and checks received through FedEx, UPS, and USPS u2022 Balance month end reporting for various clients, including single pool and multi pool accounts, within established SLA timelines u2022 Prepare and email completed monthly reports to officers and clients u2022 Review and approve daily accounting entries and month end balancing completed by teammates u2022 Review, track, and report requested checks for: Sub accounting clients, FFCG clients, Shared DAF clients u2022 Retrieve, review, process, and deliver letters, invoices, and checks to the mailroom u2022 Review and process morning reporting for sub accounting and shared DAF accounts u2022 Deposit incoming checks into designated deposit accounts using the DOS system u2022 Monitor and manage the department group mailbox u2022 Process and review end of day unit transactions u2022 Assist with training and knowledge sharing for new or existing staff as needed u2022 Support operational efficiency and compliance within AMG Operation Required Experience & Skills: u2022 Prior experience in AMG Operations or CLO Operations (required) u2022 Accounting background with demonstrated operational accounting knowledge u2022 Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills u2022 Excellent time management and organizational skills u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree u2022 AM Trust experience u2022 Prior experience supporting sub accounting or trust related operations u2022 Experience reviewing and approving peer work in an operational setting PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description + Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. + Identifies and addresses exceptions. Serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Interacts with external customers to complete transactions. + Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. + Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and drives implementation. Serves as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. Trains and onboards new hires. + Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Participates in risk mitigation activities.
