The Bilingual Administrator leads a team of administrative associates, supports collaboration with the collections department, and ensures that client-focused service remains efficient, professional, and consistent. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing employees, improving office processes, and delivering high-quality customer and client support. main job duties are handling escalation calls Responsibilities + Manage the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized workflows. + Lead and supervise a team of administrative associates, providing clear direction and ongoing support. + Deliver regular coaching, training, and constructive feedback to employees to improve performance and professional development. + Coordinate and oversee administrative support activities, including customer and client support tasks. + Partner closely with the collections department to support shared goals and maintain consistent communication. + Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity, and take appropriate action to maintain high standards. + Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture that emphasizes strong customer service. + Handle escalated customer or client service issues and ensure timely, effective resolution. + Organize and prioritize office tasks and resources to meet deadlines and client expectations. + Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative processes and procedures. Essential Skills + Bilingual communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client and customer base. + Strong office management skills, including organizing workflows and coordinating daily operations. + Customer service and customer support experience, ideally in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. + Ability to work a full-time schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + Experience working in or with a company that has heavy client interaction. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues professionally. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in collections customer service or working within a collections company environment. + Background in administrative support roles with responsibility for coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders + Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes. + Comfort working in a family-owned business environment with close-knit teams. + Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and office priorities. Work Environment The role is based in a collections company office located in downtown Louisville, within a family-owned business setting. The office has approximately 40 employees, with staff split between administrative associates and the collections department, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented atmosphere. This is a first-shift position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parking is provided behind the building for convenient access to the workplace. The environment emphasizes client-focused service, professional communication, and consistent attendance, with bonuses available based on attendance performance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
