Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining efficient scheduling and billing processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and dispatch service calls while maintaining accurate schedules for field technicians. u2022 Set up new jobs and ensure proper documentation is in place. u2022 Record and track billable hours, ensuring time and attendance records are up to date. u2022 Process purchase orders based on vendor or technician needs. u2022 Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices. u2022 Handle customer billing with precision and follow up on past-due accounts as needed. u2022 Collaborate with the Service Manager to support a team of field technicians. u2022 Assist with light collections by conducting structured follow-ups on overdue payments. u2022 Monitor and analyze service call volumes to identify trends and improve efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. u2022 Strong skills in invoice processing and ensuring timely payments. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and team members. u2022 Familiarity with dispatching and scheduling processes is a plus. u2022 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
