Manages day-to-day operations, including staffing and patient flow, under the direction of the Director. Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, payroll functions, documentation and performance evaluations. Assists at the bedside as needed while maintaining clinical competencies.
