Schedules and oversees the work of the building staff and/ or contracted service staff.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for complying with all laws that govern your buildingResponsible for working as directed, and is responsible for knowing and applying information in the current N.Y.C. Apartment Management Checklist (a special report from New York Apartment Law Insider)Reviews, schedules and assigns work to the building staff. Assigns work to maximize quality/quantity of completed workReviews completed work assignments.
