Commercial Roofing / Sheet Metal ForemanLocation: Monroe, LAOpenings: 2 PositionsPay Range: $30-45 per hour (based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing / Sheet Metal Foremen to lead installation crews on commercial new construction and reroofing projects. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining productivity, and installing a wide range of architectural sheet metal and wall panel systems.The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience managing crews, in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems, and the ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & Jobsite ManagementLead and supervise sheet metal installation crews on commercial projectsAssign daily tasks and ensure productivity and quality standards are metMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsiteCoordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents on schedules and progressTrain and mentor crew membersInstallation & Technical ExecutionOversee and perform installation of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems, including:New construction and metal reroof projectsSingle-skin wall panelsSoffit panelsInsulated Metal Panels (IMP)Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panelsLouvers and screen wallsWood grain finish panels (Longboard or similar)Specialty architectural wall panel systemsEnsure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and project drawingsReview plans and field conditions to address and resolve installation challengesQuality, Safety & ProductivityMaintain high standards of workmanshipEnforce company safety policies and OSHA complianceMonitor material usage and minimize wasteEnsure projects remain on schedule and within scope Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Commercial Roofing and/or Sheet Metal ForemanDemonstrated ability to lead and manage crewsStrong knowledge of commercial roofing, sheet metal, and wall panel systemsExperience with new construction and reroofing projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsSafety-focused mindset Compensation & Benefits30-40 per hour, based on experienceSteady pipeline of commercial projectsLong-term growth opportunity with a reputable contractor#INDLP
