Responsibilities Assures that product meets customer specifications throughuse of electrical and mechanical skills including hydraulic and pneumatic processes.Works with tools from prints, schematics, manuals and computer programs.Works with robotic processes and equipment as end-of-arm tooling, assembly fixtures, PLC programming. Performs preventative maintenance (PM) and safety checks on production equipment.Takes action on any unsafe or out-of-compliance issues. Complies with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures as required according to policy. Requirements College degree is preferred.Ability to read, write and perform mathematical computations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) with the aid of a calculator.Knowledge of PLCs and associated electronic technologyAbility to use computer programs for troubleshooting.Knowledge of the plastic injection processes.Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and pumps and valves.Ability to set, install, repair and maintain specialized automation equipment.Experience with high (480 VAC 3 ph) and low voltage (120VAC 1 ph and 24 VDC) equipment.Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills.Ability to work with little supervision, complying with all safety proceduresAbility to use sound judgment in planning work sequencesOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required to support the goals and objective of the organizationBilingual in Korean and English is required.
