We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Janitorial Team Member will routinely clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of the facility maintaining building presentation and safety excellence. Performing routine interior tasks inclusive of deep cleaning, surface cleaning, trash control and inventory support. This role will also operate the floor cleaners, and other cleaning equipment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Operate a variety of janitorial equipment to maintain cleanliness of the propertyExecute and complete scheduled cleaning in various areas of the facilityMaintain a professional, cooperative working relationship with management and all co-workersPerform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environmentRecognize, react, resolve and report any safety issues or concernsEnsure the appropriate inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, cleaning supplies, equipment and tools are maintainedMay perform additional duties as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GEDSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-taskKnowledge of safety rules, hazards, and able to apply accident prevention measuresAble to work flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust have a valid driver's licenseWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoorsFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
