Job Details PositionJob Title: Trainee, Client AnalyticsReports to: Manager, Client Insights & AnalyticsJOB PURPOSE:The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team. The Client Analytics Trainee will be involved in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on critical client metrics and initiatives. They will work on various reports and analytics projects to provide valuable insights to both the stores and corporate teams. Additionally, the trainee will be responsible for data cleaning and file organization.Job responsibilitiesTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:KPIs, REPORTS, & LISTAssist in managing and running reoccurring zone level client reportsCollaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needsCreate adHoc reporting dashboards, decks, and insights by using internal data platformsSupport User Acceptance Tests (UATs) when implementing new toolsHelp with migrating reports from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization ToolsDATABASE HYGIENEAssist with Client databases hygiene, report maintenance and accuracyManage weekly client reallocation and merging projects using CRM toolsPartner with the regional teams to ensure data accuracy across boutiques and client advisors' reportsResponsible for updating the client data dictionarySKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Strong analytical skills - ability to shift through very large datasets (have a high comfort level with client data)Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to follow-through and prioritize (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines)Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailOutstanding communication skills, verbal and written (strong interpersonal skills)Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely mannerProfileREQUIREMENTS:At least 6 months of prior experienceFull-time, 12-month program from June 2026 through July 2027Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from homeStrong communications skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytic skills and desire to work with data sets/figuresBackground in luxury retail is preferredProactive follow-through practicesStrong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environmentsMust possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracyProficient analytical capabilities, must be able to learn new applications quicklyStrong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel is a must, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of Salesforce is a plusAdditional informationThe appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONChristian Dior was the designer of dreams.
