Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including: Ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights Assist with providing clinical care as directed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements: Current certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of New York. Graduate of approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program. Previous experience as an CNA in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.
