What You’ll Do Lead land development and site civil engineering projects from concept through completion — design, permitting, construction support, and final acceptance. Oversee grading, stormwater management, utility design, roads, and environmental coordination. Prepare, stamp, and certify engineering plans, reports, and technical documents. Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers and designers. Drive business development, client relationships, and quality project delivery. Be a key contributor to firm strategy and growth. What You Bring Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain). 8+ years of civil engineering experience with significant land development and site design background (residential, commercial, mixed‑use, etc.). Strong technical ability in Civil 3D/land development design and NJ permitting. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
