Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding CCC certification, looking to provide virtual supervision to an in-person Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). The position is based in Calhan, CO, and offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, allowing for professional growth and potential long-term placement within the educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide virtual supervision and guidance to an in-person SLPA, ensuring quality service delivery. Collaborate with school staff to support speech therapy goals and individualized plans. Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards. Attend virtual supervision sessions for approximately 2 hours per week during June and July. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Prior experience in educational speech-language pathology preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively supervise and support SLPA remotely. Ability to work independently and manage virtual supervision responsibilities efficiently. Location: Calhan, Colorado (virtual supervision role with in-person collaboration).
