Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. u2022 Assist with occasional accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Record basic journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial data. u2022 Process cash receipts and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate balances. u2022 Update and maintain the financial database with current information. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities. u2022 Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. u2022 Handle QuickBooks entries and ensure accurate data management. u2022 Support month-end closing activities to meet deadlines effectively. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software. u2022 Proven ability to perform accurate data entry and manage financial records. u2022 Experience with invoice processing and reconciliation tasks. u2022 Solid understanding of basic journal entries and cash receipt processes. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. u2022 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
