Description We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time, Leasing Agent to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting administrative and leasing operations for residential properties. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to help ensure smooth property management processes. Standard workdays are Sunday, 10am to 4pm; Monday, 8am to 5pm; and Wednesday, 8am to 5pm. Additional days may be required to cover for staff absences due to illness or vacations. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome customers and guide prospective residents through tours of available units. u2022 Perform essential administrative tasks, including filing, preparing notices, processing change of occupancy forms, and creating proof of residency letters. u2022 Assist with the preparation and management of leasing documents, ensuring accurate and organized resident files. u2022 Oversee the change of occupancy process by tracking and following up on required paperwork. u2022 Draft and distribute official communications to residents in a timely manner. u2022 Coordinate leasing activities such as scheduling unit showings and providing detailed unit information to potential tenants. u2022 Operate office equipment and software effectively to support daily administrative needs. u2022 Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support property operations. Requirements u2022 Prior experience in residential leasing or customer service is preferred. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. u2022 Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer programs. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Familiarity with property management systems like Yardi is a plus. u2022 Knowledge of residential property management and leasing processes. u2022 Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
