Description We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Benicia, California on a hybrid basis. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to support a dynamic supply chain team in driving efficient inventory management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations to help meet organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and manage inventory planning and forecasting processes to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer service goals. u2022 Update and maintain planning tool parameters, including lead times, service levels, inventory targets, and other relevant inputs. u2022 Analyze historical data and supplier-specific factors to recommend adjustments to inventory levels and reorder points. u2022 Collaborate with Brand Management to integrate market trends, sales strategies, and brand initiatives into forecasting and procurement decisions. u2022 Work closely with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of inventory. u2022 Provide data-driven insights and input to support the development and execution of brand strategies. u2022 Conduct special projects and assignments as needed to support supply chain objectives. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. u2022 Three to five years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or procurement. u2022 Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. u2022 Experience with supply chain planning systems such as Blue Ridge, Oracle, or Logility is preferred. u2022 Familiarity with ERP systems like Business Central or Apprise is a plus.
