Acknowledge ( Job Description: Business Overview Our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 3,000 large U.S. and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and financial sponsors. The platform delivers integrated advisory and capital markets solutions across mergers and acquisitions, strategic equity, corporate banking, and select debt products. The Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging (REGL) Group provides strategic and financial advisory services to both public and private companies across the sector. The team advises clients on transformational M&A, strategic alternatives, valuation, capital structure optimization, and equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, working closely with industry management teams, sponsors, and investors. While the group executes select high yield and structured financing transactions, the role is predominantly advisory-focused. Job Description Vice Presidents are senior members of deal teams, working within industry-aligned coverage groups. The role requires strong execution capabilities, deep sector judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex assignments. Core Responsibilities + Serve as a lead execution banker on M&A and strategic advisory engagements, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, and divestitures across REGL sub-sectors. + Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and competitive positioning, including the preparation of fairness opinions. + Advise clients on strategic equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, recapitalizations, and convertible structures. + Contribute to select high yield and structured financing transactions as a complementary component of advisory mandates. + Coordinate deal execution across internal partners including senior bankers, product teams, legal, and risk. + Act as a primary point of contact for clients, including corporate executives, boards, sponsors, and investors. + Oversee due diligence processes and transaction documentation in coordination with legal counsel. + Supervise, mentor, and develop junior bankers, ensuring analytical rigor and quality control. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred. + 5u20138+ years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A advisory. + Sector experience in real estate, gaming, lodging, or related industries preferred. + Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. + Familiarity with real estate underwriting concepts is beneficial but not required. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
