Description Wire EDM Machinist / Programmer $25-$33/hr 2nd Shift (3:00pu20131:30a) Monu2013Thurs Overtime Available Sugarcreek, OH- CNC Wire EDM programming, setup, and operation producing highu2011precision components for industrial applications- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T daily to meet tight tolerance requirements- Perform full machine setups: part alignment, fixturing, wire threading, and parameter selection based on material- Program and optimize jobs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit, or similar)- Conduct inu2011process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, etc.- Troubleshoot machining, programming, and quality issues to minimize downtime- Perform routine preventative maintenance (machine cleaning, resin levels, wire management)- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve workflows, reduce scrap, and maximize unattended runtime- Precision machining environment with complex, custom components Skills set up, wire edm, blueprint, Cnc, fanuc, set up machine, program, programming, cnc programs, cnc machining, G&M code, conversational, change over, cnc machine, tear downs Top Skills Details set up,wire edm,blueprint Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugarcreek, OH.
