About the Opportunity Our client, a global leader in technology infrastructure and large-scale data center development, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager to lead high-impact projects in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong experience in data centers, supply chain operations, and contract/procurement management , who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams. ? What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Lead and coordinate construction and contract management activities across large-scale projects + Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals + Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, cost estimates, and vendor performance + Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution + Analyze resource requirements, timelines, and feasibility of projects + Present reports, proposals, and updates to stakeholders and leadership + Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across project lifecycle ? What Weu2019re Looking For (Must-Have) + u2705 10+ years of experience in construction/project management + u2705 Proven experience in Data Center environments + u2705 Background in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations + u2705 Experience working as a contractor in large enterprise environments + u2705 Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract execution + u2705 Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills u2795 Nice to Have + PMP or PMI Certification + Experience with tools like MS Project, Visio, Bluebeam, or P6 + Previous experience in global tech or infrastructure companies ?
