Machine Operator Full-Time 3rd shift Weu2019re hiring a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team that produces highu2011quality products used in critical industries. What Youu2019ll Do + Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semiu2011automated production equipment + Perform routine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency + Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards + Accurately document production data and follow SOPs and work instructions + Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate more complex problems as needed + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Work closely with teammates, leads, and maintenance to meet daily production goals What Weu2019re Looking For + Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to follow procedures and work in regulated environments + Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35u201350 lbs + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment + Reliable, punctual, and teamu2011oriented mindset Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Woodfin, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.34 - $22.34/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
