Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: This is a local position in Lavonia GA and is not remote or eligible for relocation. Purpose Performs daily Supply Chain Management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods to support acute and/or ambulatory care departments or proactively supports/maintains one or more computer-based support systems to ensure continuous operational availability to end users.Supports various operations, projects, program management, & service delivery initiatives. Interacts with various levels of management and professionals, colleagues & vendors providing & disseminating information. Independently completes multiple activities pertaining to the planning, implementation, coordination & evaluation of various Supply Chain operations, projects, program management, & service delivery. Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge. Data Management & Analysis: Research & compiles information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives. Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making. Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects safe, honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices. Minimum Qualifications + Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent. + Two (2) to Three (3) years Supply Chain experience Additional Qualifications (nice to have) + Associatedegree inBusinessAdministration orSupplyChainpreferred + PreviousSupply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment. + PreviousSupply Chain experience in a Trinity Health facilityhighly desired. + Be able to completeadditionaleducation,trainingand competency tests asrequired.
