Job Title

The Warehouse Manager reports to the AGM. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS u00b7 Accomplishes warehouse Human Resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and adhering to policies and procedures. u00b7 Meets warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Also resolves problems and identifies warehouse system improvements. u00b7 Moves inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related departments. u00b7 Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items. u00b7 Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adheres to storage design principles, and recommends improvements. u00b7 Maintains inventory by conducting daily/monthly physical counts, reconciles variances, and inputs data. u00b7 Utilizes Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories. u00b7 Works with Merchandise Manager on Month-End Inventory process. u00b7 Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. u00b7 Other duties as assigned
