Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage daily schedules for a team of nine field technicians, ensuring efficiency and accountability. u2022 Monitor technician performance, holding them responsible for meeting schedules and delivering on commitments. u2022 Perform administrative tasks, including creating labels, maintaining accurate records, and logging data in internal systems. u2022 Support special projects and general operations using intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. u2022 Oversee the filing and organization of accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping. u2022 Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing solutions with attention to detail and confidence. u2022 Maintain effective communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Contribute to a positive, business-casual work environment by demonstrating reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
