Job Title: Quality Control Documentation Specialist Location: Williston, VT Reports To: Director of Quality Control $55-$60k Position Overview A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Control Documentation Specialist to support the compilation, review, and validation of technical documentation tied to customer orders. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to product delivery. This position is highly detail-oriented and documentation-focused, with strong cross-functional interaction across production, quality, and customer representatives. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional interaction on the production floor as needed. Key Responsibilities u2022 Review and record documentation requirements for customer orders based on internal quality control instructions u2022 Compile and organize all required documentation throughout the production process, including test reports, inspection reports, and certificates of conformity u2022 Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all documentation prior to shipment u2022 Proactively follow up with internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentation u2022 Identify and escalate documentation issues, partnering with production and quality teams to resolve gaps and maintain delivery timelines u2022 Coordinate production stoppages or checkpoints that require customer or third-party inspector presence u2022 Interface with customer representatives and third-party inspectors during on-site inspections to ensure documentation compliance u2022 Maintain and update internal quality documentation databases and tracking systems u2022 Generate and distribute reports on a scheduled basis u2022 Support document control processes including archiving and retrieval of records u2022 Assist with additional quality and documentation-related tasks as needed Qualifications u2022 Technical degree or relevant industry experience u2022 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control and documentation within a manufacturing environment u2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office Suite u2022 Experience working with technical documentation, compliance records, or manufacturing documentation packages u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment u2022 Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement u2022 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally u2022 Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
