Job Title: Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Manager Location: New York City, NY Type: Direct Hire Industry: Residential construction (high rise) Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Scope of Projects: up to $5M Position Summary: Our Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Manager is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for high-end residential renovation projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong experience coordinating trades, interpreting construction documents, and delivering detail-oriented interior projects. Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Manager Key Responsibilities: Site Management: + Oversee all phases of construction from start through completion + Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and equipment + Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of work Quality Control: + Ensure all work conforms to drawings, specifications, and design intent + Monitor workmanship for quality, accuracy, and finish + Identify and address deficiencies promptly Coordination & Communication: + Work closely with Project Managers, architects, and designers + Manage RFIs, submittals, and field coordination issues + Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings Safety & Compliance: + Enforce site safety in accordance with NYC regulations and SST requirements + Identify and correct unsafe conditions + Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards Reporting & Documentation: + Maintain daily logs, reports, and site documentation + Prepare lookahead schedules and progress updates + Track and maintain drawings, submittals, and project records on site Field Oversight: + Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and plan upcoming work + Ensure subcontractors are executing their scope of work per contract + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site + Open and secure the job site daily Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Manager Qualifications: + 5u201310+ years of Superintendent experience in residential and/or interior construction. + Experience with high-end residential renovations preferred + Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications + Proven experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors + NYC SST 62-Hour Supervisor Card (required) + Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook #M1 Ref: #563-Joule Staffing - Toms River System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulu00e9, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
