Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Manager to join our team in New York, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing creative design processes. The role involves overseeing design projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the intake and prioritization of design requests for clients, new business initiatives, and internal projects. u2022 Develop resource and capacity plans across a global design team to ensure optimal workflow. u2022 Establish and maintain project workflows, timelines, and budget tracking to meet deadlines. u2022 Oversee art direction and quality assurance for all deliverables, ensuring brand consistency. u2022 Handle vendor and freelance management, including contracts, onboarding, invoicing, and print production coordination. u2022 Create detailed project estimates and proposals tailored to client needs. u2022 Act as the primary liaison between design teams, account teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment. u2022 Maintain and organize asset archives using platforms such as SharePoint. u2022 Serve as the central hub for brand identity, ensuring adherence to visual standards across teams. Requirements u2022 At least 5 years of experience in a creative agency environment. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and other design tools. u2022 Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. u2022 Critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset to drive projects forward. u2022 Experience in managing resources and prioritizing tasks across a global team. u2022 Ability to oversee art direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets. u2022 Familiarity with asset archiving systems such as SharePoint.
