Our client, a leading organization in data center operations, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance department supporting critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Center Technician Location: Denver, CO What's the Job? + Perform daily inspections of Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment. + Assist with preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a data center environment. + Escort third-party vendors and oversee their compliance with site standards. + Manage work orders and update documentation such as logs and SOPs. + Participate in initial training and ongoing development to enhance technical skills. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or GED required, with 2-4 years of mechanical or electrical experience preferred. + Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. + Basic electrical skills and familiarity with systems like HVAC or electrical distribution. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Willingness to work night shifts and participate in initial training sessions.
