About the Role We are seeking a Print Production Specialist / Machine Operator to support a busy marketing and communications team. This role will focus on operating and managing a high-end industrial printing system while ensuring high-quality print output. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on print production experience who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a creative team. Schedule & Assignment Details + Schedule: 20u201324 hours per week + Days: 3 days/week (Wednesdayu2013Friday preferred) + Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM u2013 7:00 PM + Ideal shifts: 7:00 AM u2013 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM + Duration: 6+ months + Start Date: Mid to late May Key Responsibilities + Operate and manage an industrial Canon C710 printer using Fiery software + Execute print jobs with attention to quality, color, and finish (paper type, thickness, gloss, etc .) + Assist in selecting appropriate paper and materials for print projects + Ensure final deliverables meet quality and production standards + Troubleshoot minor machine or print issues independently + Support team members in learning and using print equipment + Maintain organized and efficient print production workflows Qualifications + Experience with industrial printing equipment ( Canon C710 preferred ) + Familiarity with Fiery software + Experience with finishing equipment (Duplo machine, Morgana trimmer preferred) + Strong understanding of print production (paper types, finishes, output quality) + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Work Environment & Additional Info + Business casual dress code (jeans and comfortable shoes OK) + Collaborative team environment with marketing and design staff + Training and equipment overview will be provided + Parking is limited; public transportation is encouraged #CB #P1 #P2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
