Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and system management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide support for employee relations activities, including handling terminations, disciplinary actions, and maintaining accurate documentation. u2022 Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all files are accurately scanned, filed, and digitally organized. u2022 Oversee timekeeping processes, including monitoring timecards and attendance tracking. u2022 Assist with payroll preparation by reviewing and verifying payroll-related data and generating labor reports. u2022 Administer benefits enrollment and changes through vendor systems and platforms, ensuring compliance. u2022 Coordinate with benefit providers to manage communications and resolve employee inquiries. u2022 Support the administration and reporting of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. u2022 Contribute to ongoing projects such as digitizing employee files and improving shared drive organization. u2022 Assist in optimizing HR documentation systems to enhance efficiency and organization. u2022 Track and manage incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a Generalist or Senior HR Coordinator role. u2022 Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is highly preferred. u2022 Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Strong attention to detail with a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information. u2022 Experience in improving organizational processes and systems. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. u2022 A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
