As a Production Worker, you handle material movement, loading, unloading, and packaging of carbon in a highly physical, hands-on role. This position involves working in a dirty, non-climate-controlled environment and requires comfort with manual labor and industrial production processes. Responsibilities + Perform material handling tasks, including moving raw materials and finished carbon products throughout the facility. + Load and unload materials and products from production lines, equipment, and storage areas. + Operate production and manufacturing equipment as assigned, following all safety and operating guidelines. + Use forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety protocols at all times. + Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and schedules. Essential Skills + Previous manufacturing or general production experience. + Ability and willingness to work in a dirty environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. + Comfort with highly physical, hands-on work throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Forklift experience or prior operation of powered industrial trucks. + Experience in compounding or similar industrial processes. + Experience with machine operation or machine troubleshooting in a production environment. + Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures. + Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or production diagrams. + Experience in construction, assembly, or other hands-on mechanical work is beneficial. Work Environment This is an indoor, very dirty production environment that is not climate controlled, so temperatures will vary with the seasons. You will work around manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and general production machinery while following strict safety and GMP standards in a busy industrial facility.
