Posting DetailsPosition InformationPosition Title Assistant Director, Scholar Recruitment and Success (Catto Scholarship)Requisition Number SCA00891General Description Reporting to the Executive Director of the Catto Scholarship, the Assistant Director oversees and coordinates the Scholarship's strategic recruitment and post-completion success initiatives.The position includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of recruitment and promotion strategies; facilitating presentations about the Scholarship to internal and external constituencies; continuously assessing recruitment and promotion efforts; and the development and implementation of initiatives designed to support Catto Scholars following degree completion.This leadership position also includes oversight of special initiatives and major Catto Scholarship events such as annual Family Reunion; JumpStart (orientation); Academic Brush-Ups (pre-intake academic support); and an annual celebration of Catto graduates.The role will include oversight of operations and staff dedicated to Scholarship recruitment and post-graduation success initiatives.College Intro Success starts at Community College of Philadelphia. To help address broad economic, cultural and political concerns in the city and beyond, the College draws together students from a wide range of ages and backgrounds and seeks to provide the programs and support they need to achieve their goals.Specific Responsibilities Establish, implement, and monitor an annual Catto Scholar Recruitment & Promotion plan that aligns with the goals, targets, and interests of CCP and the City of Philadelphia. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of the Scholarship's communication and marketing material, including promotional items, website content, and SWAG. Represent the Catto Scholarship at CCP's Enrollment Action Team meetings. Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of a suite of initiatives designed to support Catto Scholars following their completion of a degree or certificate. Work closely with the Executive Director and CCP's Dual Admissions Office to establish and cultivate enhanced transfer pipelines for Catto graduates at local colleges and universities. Work closely with the Executive Director and Career Connections team to establish & cultivate enhanced employment pipelines for Catto graduates. Along with the Executive and Associate Directors, serve as a member of the Catto Leadership Team. Present on Catto enrollment, communications, and graduation updates at monthly meetings with the Mayor's Office of Education. In collaboration with the Executive Director, lead special initiat ves (e.g., diversification of teacher education pipeline) at the request of the City and other community partners. Oversee the development and implementation of engagement strategies designed to track and assess the status and success of Catto Scholar alumni. Serve as primary liaison to CCP Admissions; Office of K-16 Partnerships, Marketing & Communications; Dual Admissions. Oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of Catto
