Maintains agency vehicles. Packs, loads, and unloads, food and supplies into Agency vehicles.2. Checks and records food temperatures when packing and upon delivery as instructed.3. Operates an Agency vehicle to deliver food and supplies to various locations for Home Delivered Meals, Congregate and Vendor programs.4. Maintains van cleanliness and ensures it is in proper working order. Responsible for mileage and maintenance records. Communicate any safety or repair needs to the Food Production Supervisor or Food Production Manager immediately.5. Communicates any delivery issues immediately to the Food Production Supervisor or Food Production Manager.6. Assists kitchen staff with food prep and packaging as well as cleaning up as needed.7. Two years of prior professional driving experience is preferred.- Some previous food service or customer service is desired.u00a0Working Conditions:The working environment varies. Part of the job is based in a kitchen environment where safe work practices are extremely important. Use of protective gear such as hats, aprons, reflectiveu00a0vest and gloves may be required. The remaining duties require driving to off-site locations. Exposure to weather conditions and traffic conditions becomes significant.Physical mobility is required for sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
