Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Dallas, TX Therapy Aide & Driver Per Diem (As Needed) Day Neuro Facility Shift Hours: 0:00am - 5:00pm Pay rate: $22/hr Baylor Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Technician to fill our PRN opening at our Day Neuro Facility at Dallas Responsibilities Seeking rehabilitation driver/tech for the Day Neuro setting. Many patients require transportation to and from the clinic in our company van. No CDL required. A driving record check will be performed. Primary job duty is to help with transportation to the clinic at the beginning of the day and again at the end of the day back to patientu2019s houses or pick up points. Secondary job duties include rehabilitation tech in working with patients under a therapists' directions to help provide comprehensive rehabilitation. Duties include assistance to clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting), infection control cleaning, light equipment maintenance, driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic, assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks, setting up patients on therapeutic activities, facilitating exercise groups, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, friendly, energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team. Must have a valid driver's license.
